RAY J KAMWANDIKIA NYIMBO MWANADAFADA KIM Kardashian "I hit it First''
The R&B singer is set to release a new track called "I Hit It First," refering to his relationship with Kardashian. The former couple are, of course, best known for their infamous sex tape which many believe launched Kardashian's career.
In case the title of the song was too subtle, the cover art for the single also features a blurred-out image of Kim in a bikini, and the lyrics reference the other men in her life. "She might move on to rappers and ballplayers/ But we all know I hit it first," he rhymes. "I had her head going North and her ass going South/ But now baby chose to go West. No matter where she goes or who she knows/ She still belongs in my bed.
KARDASHIAN SISTERS SUE EX-STEPMOM
Kim, Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian filed a lawsuit against Ellen Pearson, the widow of their dad Robert Kardashian, according to The Hollywood Reporter. The Kardashians are suing for conversion, copyright infringement and are seeking at least $500,000 in damages. They claim Pearson engaged in an “unlawful scheme to hold in secret and convert, and now exploit. . . private personal copyright protected” material.
The items the Kardashian daughters and mom Kris Jenner, who is also listed in the lawsuit, are referring to are personal family possessions, including Robert’s diary, family photo albums and a family holiday photograph. These keepsakes document the lives of the Kardashians before they became famous and have recently turned up in such publications as In Touch and Life & Style magazines.
Pearson, who married Robert two months before he died in 2003, allegedly and secretly retained several Kardashian family items. She also reportedly licensed portions of the diaries and photos to Bauer Publishing, which owns both In Touch and Life & Style.
Kris and the Kardashian daughters claim that at the time of Robert’s death he willed the “bulk of his personal tanigible and intangible property” to his four children, including Robert Kardashian Jr.
In the will, “tangible” property refers to “personal effects, books, works on paper and other items of … personal use.” The “intangible” items Robert left to his family include “rights to a deceased personality’s name, voice, signature, photograph or likeness.”
The Kardashians say that Pearson deliberately hid these belongings “with the express intent to one-day capitalize and exploit the valuable property and celebrity of the famous Robert Kardashian.”
In 2010, Pearson filed for chapter seven bankruptcy and was required to list all assets and property of value. But allegedly, “Pearson did not disclose nor list her possession of…the valuable Diary and/or Photograph and/or Kardashian Family Albums.”
RIHANNA; ALL SET FOR S.A CONCERT
A recent report talked about Rihanna, who is all set for her South Africa tour. It has been apparently confirmed by Big Concerts on their Facebook page this morning that she would be performing in Johannesburg or Cape Town this October.
There has been a lot talked about the much-awaited concert but now it has become almost clear about the concerts featuring Grammy-winning singer Rihanna.
Talking about the Diamonds World Tour kicking this week, it will have one show in the FNB Stadium Johannesburg on Sunday 13 October and another one in Cape Town Stadium on Wednesday 16 October. From 11 April, interested fans can start buying the tickets at 9am, priced between R330 and R930 for Johannesburg show, while for Cape Town, tickets will be sold from 9am on Friday 12 April, priced between R275 and R820. People who are interested to see the world's top-selling digital artist performance live, can either buy the tickets from the Big Concerts website or from Computicket.
She had apparently made a guest appearance in Jay-Z's performance at the Coca-Cola Dome in 2006 and now she will be seen performing in South Africa again. It has been added that there are chances that Big Concerts would also be roping in Justin Bieber, Bon Jovi and Metallica in the coming weeks.
